Julie Scott

Originating from East Otago, Julie moved to the Queenstown Lakes in 2002 after several years abroad. She joined the Trust in 2007 following a varied background including working for the Department of Conservation, guiding on the Routeburn track, several seasons as Ski Patrol, along with a BSc from Otago University. Julie's a passionate advocate of community housing and sharing QLCHTs work throughout NZ.

Corina Sommerville

In 2004 Corina moved from the North Island, to make Queenstown her home. She and her husband enjoy a busy family life, with both having a strong connection to the community through various interests and activities. Corina joined the QLCHT team in 2015, having spent 15 years in the retail banking sector and more latterly as an HR Manager. Her financial knowledge and people skills are put to good use in her role as Housing Services Manager.

Trish Daley

Originally from the North Island, Trish moved with her family to Queenstown in 2016 to be closer to extended family and enjoy the amazing lifestyle our region has to offer. She joined the QLCHT team in 2022 after 6 years at the Queenstown Airport Corporation, where she project managed their master planning, terminal development plans and other infrastructure projects.

Kiri Gillies

Originally hailing from the deep South, Kiri settled in Queenstown late 2009 after living abroad, to start a family. Having spent 8 years previously in the airline industry, Kiri joined the Housing Trust team in 2021.

Emma Roberts

Originally from Wellington, Emma moved to Queenstown in 2008, and is now permanently based in Wānaka with her husband and two children. She has always had a strong connection to the Queenstown Lakes region after regular family trips to Wānaka as a child. Emma joined the QLCHT team in 2023 after 13 years in the retail banking industry, and is now the proud face for QLCHT in Wānaka.

Arthur Lee

Arthur has devoted his career to sustainable buildings since the completion of his higher education in Wellington and Denmark. He's worked as an architectural designer over the past few years, delivering residential developments from concept to completion. His specialised areas include Passive House design, Homestar, whole of life carbon assessment, and prefabrication construction. Arthur made Queenstown his home in 2017 and continues to enjoy the lifestyle and being an active member of the local community.

Amy is proud to be part of a long-time local family with roots in the district dating back to the 1880s. Whilst she grew up in Wellington, the Queenstown Lakes has always been home, with childhood holidays spent running wild in the stunning landscapes of the region. Having always dreamed of making Queenstown her permanent base, it wasn’t until 2021- after stepping away from a successful 20-year career in food technology - that she finally made the leap.
Amy has a diverse professional background, with experience across New Zealand, as well as time spent working in London and Sydney. Since moving to Queenstown, she has worked in various roles across the region, gaining valuable local knowledge. In 2025, she joined QLCHT, where she combines her local insights with her global experience.
