Toru, Queenstown

In 2021 we purchased 50 brand new one and two-bedroom Toru apartments from a private developer, located next to Remarkables Park shopping centre in Frankton. Eight apartments were sold on the open market which assisted with the financing of the remaining 42 units into a mix of assisted ownership (provided with the help and support of the New Zealand Government) and rentals.

This was an exciting opportunity for many on our waiting list, with this being the first time we were able to deliver so many smaller dwellings. Toru is a fantastic location - handy to the bus route, schools, supermarket, library, airport, hospital and a number of cafes. Every apartment has its own balcony taking in views of either the Remarkables to the east, or Deer Park Heights to the west.
